Add Graphic signature is a simple plugin that helps you to add a graphical signature to posts on your blog without having to edit the blog theme or having to insert them manually to every post.
The plugin accepts an image url and will add it to posts at your choice.
The plugin has two different modes:
Manual - in manual mode the plugin will insert the signature to every post that contains the string <!–sig–> replacing that string(i.e. positioned in the same place), posts that will not contain that string will not be display the graphical signature.
Automatic - in this mode the plugin will add the signature to all posts, but these that contains the string <!–nosig–> will not display the signature.
The plugin also supports theme specific definitions that enables the user to disable signature display on the home page, posts, pages, category archive and calendar archive.
The plugin is demonstrated on this blog.
Installation
1. Upload the plugin into your plugin folder, usuallo ‘wp-content/plugin’
2. Activate it in the plugin page
3. Edit your personal preferences in Options > Add Graphic Signature
Future features:
1. Multiple language support.
2. Multiple authors support.
3. Disable signature by post category.
4. Support textual signature.
version 1.1 features:
1. Added HTML based signature - this text can replace the graphic or be added before/after it.
2. Added debug info. Should be used to figure out users problems.

Misses Dakar, I’m highly recommand you to post the English and Hebrew description for the plugin in the same post, so people will link to the same post for both Hebrew and English description. It is also good for SEO.

I get the following error when I activate the plugin:

Thank you for the fix. However, it seems the plugin works only for single posts, not on the main home page. In addition, on the single page, the signature graphic appears very huge (the actual file is not large). Can you help me with this?

Ok, checked it here and it seems to work.
Have you checked the options page to make sure homepage display is not disabled ?

Thanks for a great plugin! I noticed that if I use the “more” ” code, that I am unable to disable the signature. Please let me know if there’s a fix for this. Thanks a lot!

Would be good if you add English lables to the comment fields, for the rest of us!
There is an error on the Admin page, for the use of the Manual code: it is missing an exclamation mark in the code before the first 2 hyphens.
You can fix this easily & quickly and avoid hassles for us…
