I was just looking for this info for a while. After 6 hours of continuous Googleing, finally I got it in your web site. I wonder what is the lack of Google strategy that don't rank this type of informative web sites in top of the list. Usually the top sites are full of garbage

השירות של הוט סביר.

השירות של בזק מצויין.

שירות הלקוחות של הוט לא רע.
של בזק – בסדר גמור.

הכי נורא זה שאתה רוצה להתנתק משירות כלשהו, ודורשים ממך הסברים, ולמה אתה רוצה לעזוב, ומה פתאום, ואתה נדרש לנמק, ואני-אעביר-אותך-לנציג-שירות-לקוחות, וכל החרא הזה

החלום שלי לעבור לשלם במזומן עבור כל שירות שאני מקבל. בלי שום מספר של כרטיס אשראי שנתון בידי איזשהו גורם – מה שגורם לו לחשוב שהוא יכול לשחק איתי

הניסיון שלי עם שרות הלקוחות של הוט מזעזע, מאידך זה של בזק מעולם לא באמת אכזב אותי.
