לבנק דיסקונט יש עכשיו קמפיין שלם שמדבר על זה שהם שינו את החוקים, ושעשרות סניפים ברחבי הארץ פתוחים עד 20:00.
באתר האינטרנט שלהם כתוב כך:
למה סניפי הבנקים נסגרים בשעה שש בערב, דווקא בשעה שיום העבודה של כולם מסתיים? מי קבע שבשביל להעביר חשבון מבנק לבנק צריך לעבור כל כך הרבה טרטורים וכאבי ראש?
ומעכשיו, יפעלו עשרות סניפים בפריסה ארצית נוחה עד שמונה בערב ובנוסף, חלק מהסניפים יישארו פתוחים אפילו עד עשר בלילה!
מרשים, אין ספק.
הרי כולנו משתגעים כל פעם שצריך להגיע לבנק, ועם כל מהפיכת המחשוב יש דברים שאפשר לעשות רק בבנק, אפילו לא טלפונית. העיקרי שבהם – למשוך כסף ללא כרטס מגנטי או מעל לתקרת הכרטיס.
אני לא לקוחה של דיסקונט, אבל זוגתי כן. ואני חייבת להודות שלמך שעתיים תמימות שבוע שעבר קינאתי בה על עצם העובדה שהבנק שלה פתוח עד 20:00.
אנחנו ספציפית היינו צריכות למשוך סכום מזומן גדול למדיי. הלכנו לנו לסניף הפתוח בתל אביב, הגענו לסניף עם "לווין דיסקונט" (זה למי שלא יודע סניף הכולל אינטרנט, כספומט ומכונות מידע שונות).
הסניף עצמו (פנימי ללווין – שהוא המבואה) נראה סגור למדיי, כשהתחלנו לנוע לכיוון הסניף בכל זאת ניגש אלינו בחור נחמד שאכן עובד בבנק.
לאכזבתינו גילינו שלמעשה הוא אומנם נותן שרותי בנק עד שמונה, אבל כספרות לא נכללת בהם.
כלומר:
הוא נותן לי לעשות את כל מה שאני גם ככה יכולה לעשות בטלפון או באינטרנט.
כשניסינו להבין ממנו מה החידוש הגדול הוא גמגם קצת והסביר הוא כאן בשבילנו והבנק אכן פתוח עד שמונה, חוץ משרותי כספרות.
כשניסינו לומר שראוי ורצו שיפורט בפרסטום שלהם שהחידוש *לא* כולל שירותי כספרות, הוא ניסה לגלוש איתנו לאתר להראות שהם לא כותבים שהשרותים הללו כלולים.
שרותי בנק עד 20:00, לפחות למיטב הבנתי, אמורים לכלול את כל מה ששרותי בנק רגילים כוללים – וזה אומר גם כספרות. אני לא מצפה מהבנק להכין לי קפה או לעשות לי צבע בשיער.
אבל אני כן מצפה לקבל מהם את כל השרותים, ואם לא - אז תגידו !

אויש. נו. ואני כן בדיסקונט. ובאמת אני צריכה ללכת לסניף מתיישו. טוב שהודעת וזה.
-ת'כלס, יש בנקים שהם יותר טובים מבנקים אחרים? או שכולם אותו חרא בעצם? מישהו פעם טרח לברר את זה?-
זה בעיקר עושה חשק לחזור לשיטה של סבא שלי. פקטה של כסף בתוך סיכה כזו. מסודר לפי גודל השטרות. בנקים? זה מחוץ לתחום.
בינתיים היו לי חשבונות בפועלים, בדיסקונט ובלאומי. לכולם יש את אותן העמלות ואותו היחס המזלזל. בסניף שלי בפועלים יש פקידה שמחה וכייפית, כך שאחרי שאני מחכה בתור ומשלם את השקל עשרים שלי, אני לפחות יוצא עם חיוך.
היתה לי תחושה כזו. שכולם אותו דבר בסוף.
אז כנראה שזה לא שווה את העצבים שלנו, ולו רק כי אין בחירה אמיתית בעצם.
